Common questions
What's included in the price?
Your tournament tickets for every session in the package, your hotel for the dates you choose, VIP venue parking, a 1-on-1 concierge for your whole stay, daily summaries, and a welcome gift at check-in. Flights are not included.
Can I change my dates or sessions?
Yes. Each package has set date options, but if you want something different — say Thursday to Monday, or an extra session — just message us and we'll customize it. There's also a fully custom builder for any combination.
How does the deposit work?
You reserve with a deposit that's fully refundable, and it applies to your balance. We confirm every detail with you before anything else is charged.
Do you handle airport transfers and restaurants?
We can arrange airport transfers from Palm Springs (PSP) and handle restaurant reservations for your group. Your concierge takes care of it — just ask.
What if a player I want to see is on a different court?
Message your concierge and we'll move you. Following players court to court is part of the service — any difference in ticket price is simply passed along.
Is there a discount for paying by bank transfer?
Yes — pay by ACH instead of card and save 3% on your trip.
